Texas Best Claims is not a Public Adjuster Firm, A Public Adjuster handles Policy Coverage Disputes and works with your Insurance companies Adjuster to settle a claim/ policy dispute, and is Licensed by The State as a PA. Appraisers are hired by Homeowners and Insurance Carriers to come to a fair and unbias replacement cost for the damages to your home. We do not communicate directly with your Insurance company and do not discuss or review your coverage or policy details. We do not offer legal advise and are not affiliated with any Insurance company, Public Adjuster Firm, or the Texas Department of Insurance. 

Nearly Every Insurance Policy contains an appraisal clause which allows both the Insurance Carrier and/or the Insured the option to Invoke appraisal or simply dispute the amount being covered for your claim settlement. 2 Independent Appraisers assess the damage independently and come to an agreement on a fair settlement based on the damage that occurred. Insurance adjusters are restricted in what they are “allowed“ to include on the estimate vs what is actually observed.
